It is on the south side of Kauai in Koloa and 1 mile from world famous Poipu beach where the green sea turtles and monk seals frequent. It is walking distance to Baby Beach, Koloa Landing, and The Koloa Heritage Trail, amongst other sites. It is a peaceful property amidst beautiful tropical gardens.
