House Rules
- Replacement pool key has a $50 fee due at the time of replacement
- There is a Home Owners Association charge if there are any towels, swim suits or clothing hung from the lanai, this fee will be passed on to the guest. We have provided a drying rack on the lanai for these items.
- Please do not set the A/C lower than 70 degrees F, the condensate in the discharge line can back up and cause the split A/C to malfunction
- There is a $50 on island emergency contact for condo access, Monica ((808) 635-8589) our cleaner is available for emergency access to the condo. Fee is due at the time of service. For all other non-access issues please contact us directly!

- Please treat our equipment kindly, it is provided for your convenience, if something is broken please let us know.
- Please lock the door when you leave as even in paradise there can be petty crime.
Amenities
- Grills: There is a propane grill for guest use located at the pool area and in the covered pavilion.
- Pool: Keyed private access, do not allow others in that do not have a key. The replacement key fee is $150.
- Trash: Located at the parking lot entrance. There are bins for recycling, however all cardboard needs to be taken to the Hanalei Transfer Station at 5-3171 Kuhio Highway 8am-3pm. Do not leave cardboard in the unit.
- Wifi

- Housekeeping is available which includes maid service, linen change, replenishment of the paper products starter pack, and taking out the trash. Please let me know if you would like this service. There is a $50 charge.
- Beach gear: Is in the benches on the front lanai. Please wash all gear to remove salt and sand before placing it back in the benches.
Quirky things about the condo
- Insects: Along with the beauty of our tropical island come the insects. Keep the doors and screens closed and be sure that food items are wrapped or stored in plastic containers. We have ongoing pest control services however do not be alarmed if you see a few bugs as they are a part of living in paradise!

- The Napali Coast
- Boat Ride: For smoother sailing and relaxation take a catamaran snorkel or sunset cruise. For an adventurous day dodging in and out of sea caves try the zodiac boat tours!
- Helicopter: The best and quickest but priciest way to see the whole island including the inside of the crater! We haven't done one in 15 years because well there is sooooo much to do on foot!
- Kayak
- Hike: Feel free to contact us for recommendations. You can hike a lot of places up Waimea Canyon, Koke'e State Park, the Kalalau Trail, Honopu Ridge Trail amongst others.

Beaches
STAY OFF THE CORAL/REEF/ROCKS; they are living organisms/ecosystems
- Baby Beach (below right): Close, great protected waters for young children, as well as beginner snorkelers
- Salt Pond Beach Park (above left) has a great swim and snorkel area that is protected and there is a lifeguard. Kid friendly.
- Poipu Beach: Has a protected area for kids and beyond the west guard station is an area for boogie boarding
- Shipwreck Beach: Great for boogie boarding
- Brennecke's Beach: Great for boogie boarding
- Lawa'i Beach: Great for snorkeling, not a protected area
- Polihale State Park: Off the beaten path, remote, you cannot take your rental car there, views of the Napali Coast
