After a day of beach time or golf, unwind in what is widely considered the largest heated pool in Princeville, lounge in the XL egg chair for two on your private deck, fire up the poolside grill, or enjoy games in the clubhouse. A small shared side yard gives kids a safe place to play.

The open first floor features a spacious living area with a large couch and big-screen TV, a well-equipped kitchen, and a beautiful monkey-pod dining table that seats 8. The island bar with four matching stools is perfect for casual breakfasts, laptop work, or conversation.
The master suite (king bed + private bathroom) is located on the main level, along with a washer and dryer. Step out from the living room onto the second lanai for outdoor dining for four and the XL egg chair.
Upstairs, the loft offers generous lounge space with a double pull-out sofa, additional seating, a desk for remote work, and direct access to the second full bathroom. Two additional bedrooms complete the upper level: one with twin beds and a TV, the other with a queen bed.

We are a family owned and professionally managed vacation rental business (Bergeson Estates). We have two properties on Kauai. We took our honeymoon on Kauai and loved the chill and relaxed vibe of the island. We aim to support other small businesses by providing a more customized experience for our guests. We have contacts locally on island but you will communicate directly with us for your relaxing island stay. Kauai is our refuge we travel to when we need a reset from the distractions in life. Each time I leave with a renewed sense of peace. We hope to share our space with you and everything we love about it! Our favorite things to do on the island include watching the turtles at Poipu beach and spotting The Milky Way.
